Why We Built This Site
Louisiana has no public portal that searches every active warrant across the state. The key is identifying the record holder: the issuing court keeps its order and case docket, while the sheriff, police agency, constable, or marshal responsible for service keeps execution information. District courts, city courts, parish courts, and Justice of the Peace courts have separate records, and a sheriff's page may not show all of them. This hub describes the available state and federal systems without presenting restricted databases as public tools, then directs readers to the parish directory for a local court or agency. A result from one channel, including no result, does not confirm status everywhere.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not a Louisiana court, sheriff's office, or state agency. There are limits to what this site can do:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot promise that a phone number, fee, procedure, or local warrant listing remains current
For case status, contact the issuing court; for service information, contact the agency named to execute the warrant. Depending on the case, that may be a parish sheriff, city police department, constable, or marshal. Louisiana has no public full-state warrant query that replaces those contacts.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
